SoldPair of brutalist chairs and ottoman designed and manufactured by Sonja Wasseur in her own atelier in Amsterdam, The Netherlands - circa 1970. SoldThis is a rare 1st edition model! The 1st edition model has no extractable headrest and a round tubular base. The P40 lounge chair can be adjusted into different positions. The seat-, back- and footrest can all be adjusted separate from each other. The brass of the handles, screws, knobs and logo can be polished back to original condition on request. This gives a shiny gold look to the brass. The upholstery has been replaced by the previous owner. It has a yellow Kvadrat Hallingdal wool fabric.

SoldThese chairs were privately owned by Rob Parry. One of the chairs is signed by him. They were originally upholstered in one black and one white. The upholstery and foam filling were in need of reupholstery. We tried to keep them close to the original look but in a modern fabric by De Ploeg, the original fabric brand. It is possible to make two loin cushions in this fabric.
